All Domperidone can do is drive up prolactin hormone levels.
If there is not enough milk-making tissue present, unfortunately all the
prolactin in the universe is not going to make more milk.
I cannot use Domperidone anymore, but when I did, it did not seem to help
much if mom is hypoplastic. I would not expect it to work wonders in a mom
with PCOS either...because if she is not making much milk it is likely her
hormonal imbalances kept her from building the milk-making tissue during the
pregnancy and may be negatively influencing produciton post-partum as well.
