Try calling any ENT offices, and ask if any of the physicians there will clip a tongue tie.  
That is how I found out who to refer to, actually, the first one that I called knew how to do 
the procedure, so I would be able to refer them there.  There was a $50. fee, not sure how 
they worked it out with insurance (?) .  Joann in MI
