Is it a legality to administer erythromycin eye ointment and / or vit k.  as far 
as I know from being the one to administer, parents have the right to refuse 
any and all treatment..Unless it was so detremental they have to get legal 
involved.  I will ask tomorrow at work.  Parents can refuse most things, they 
just don't realize they have that power.  I am going to say it is not legally 
required, but strongly encouraged.  If I am wrong I will post to this after work 
tomorrow.
