The [WHO] International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes says no marketing directly-to-families of items that fall under the Code. Bottles, teats, formula, or baby foods meant for the under-6-month-crowd fall under the Code.

Pictures of any of these items, on a website accessible to parents, is marketing.

I have long tried to imagine how someone could, in fact, legitimately sell these items in a retail environment .... since the Code to regulates *marketing* and not *selling*. I guess the stuff can be out of sight, and if the purchaser asks for it, the retailer can bring it up from behind the counter.
