I am looking for information or protocols on providing breastmilk to a
premie in the NICU. Mother and baby are CMV positive and due to premie
status feeds were on hold. Question: Since baby has already been exposed
to CMV and both are positive, is it safe to use mother's milk or should
donor milk be used until infant is stronger and older?
