I don't know why, but when I read your sentence, I read, "she has been
eating... Peanut butter and jellyfish." Eeeww...

How old is the little one? Teething? Any other symptoms? Drooling? Heavy
letdown? Possible viral/bacterial issues? How long is the mom holding baby
after a feeding? Reflux is becoming a catch-all for "I don't know what's
wrong with this miserable baby" when it can be a case of "this baby needs to
be held for a longer period of time."

It may be a case of a heavy let-down, baby is ingesting a heavy flow of
milk, and passing it through quickly. What kind of birth? If this is a young
baby, does s/he have good digestive flora?

Many questions, sorry! I found that if my kids went through a "sick time"
they had acidic bms that scalded their bottoms.
