I have never heard of hemp as a food, but that might be my own lack of
exposure to this. I am also unsure what the comparison is between dairy
products, coconut milk/water, or hemp, or almond. Not being a nutritionist,
I donšt have a lot of info on this.
I gave my own children dairy products after a year, yogurt, etc...and milk
also, as a source of calcium, and they were fine, but not all are fine with
these things, I know. I had not really read that the child was almost 12
months old...that was the part that escaped me. Sorry.
