As a result of the Martek blog I did, I've had the following:

"My 9-month-old baby was hospitalized after drinking a new infant
formula (with LIPIL). Several other babies reacted also badly to the new
formula and subsequently the product was drown back from pharmacies in
our country (Sweden). The company manufacturing the formula is based in
the USA and owned by a “fortune 500 company”. Are they liable fore their
products sold in Sweden? Can we take legal action against them in the USA?"

Anyone here know? Jake? Marsha? What about at the Swedish end? Marit?
Anywhere I can send this mother too for more info?
