Answered my own question. Found it on Dr. Hale's forum, it is a relatively new NRT, and due to insufficient information, patch would be preferred as the NRT for the lactating mother.

  I check in Hale's 2006, and could not find this medication. This is a nicotine replacement therapy. Does anyone have the lactation information on this drug? I found the other NRT's such as gum, inhaler and patch, but not this one,
