It's rated and L3 in 2006 Hale-Hope the following info helps.

Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is a glycoprotein gonadotropin secreted
by the anterior pituitary in response to gonadotropin-releasing hormone
(GnRH) from the hypothalamus.[1-3] FSH and Luteinizing hormone bind to
receptors in the testis and ovary and regulate gonadal function by
promoting sex steroid production and gametogenesis. In the female, FSH
induces growth of the graafian follicle in the ovary preparatory to the
release of the ovum. Approximately 15 ug is secreted daily by the
pituitary in normal individuals. Numerous forms of FSH are available and
are listed below, but all work similarly. FSH is a large molecular weight
peptide (34,000 daltons) and is very unlikely to enter milk or be orally
bioavailable to an infant. However, it is not known if the administration
of FSH, and the subsequent maternal changes in estrogen and progesterone,
would alter the production of milk. It is likely, since the onset of
pregnancy is commonly followed by a decrease in milk production in most
mothers. Urofollitropin (Metrodin, Fertinex) Urofollitropin is a
preparation of gonadotropin (FSH) extracted from the urine of
postmenopausal women. Follitropin Alpha (Gonal-F) and Follitropin Beta
(Follistim) Follitropin alpha and follitropin beta human FSH preparations
of recombinant DNA origin. Menotropins are combination products containing
both FSH and luteinizing hormone (LH). See Menotropins.

Pediatric Concerns: None reported via milk. FSH is very unlikely
to penetrate milk, and it would not be orally bioavailable.
However, observe closely for reduced milk production.
