A mom (4th baby) approached me this morning at church. Newest baby is 3
months old, mom's periods always return at about 30 days pp despite exclusive
and frequent breastfeeding. She said she can now time the return of her period
by her baby's fussiness -- two days before the menses begins, and one day
into it, and then she's ok. Milk supply is not an issue.

Sounds SO much like PMS!! Ideas? Mom feels as though baby is responding to
her hormonal state rather than a change in milk taste or milk supply.
Anyone know of anything herbal that might help? Mom herself does NOT have PMS (I
asked).
