Go to www.cdc.gov/breastfeeding and check the statistics and other sections.
There is a LOT of great info on that site.

Subject: US infant feeding stats which are not Ross
I believe that a few years ago the USA had its first set of infant feeding
stats which were not compiled by a formula company. Can anyone tell me
where these are located on the internet and also if there is any page of
commentary? This is for a colleague who is reaseaching stuff and would find
this of use. Does anyone know if the baseline incidence of initation varied
in this survey from that publicised by Ross?
Thansk in advance
