Nina, Thanks so much for your assistance. I would like some clarification on
your suggestions:

Hand expressing: You mention every hour and twice overnight after the baby
is born; what about before the baby is born? How frequently should mom be
hand expressing colostrum prenatally?

Collecting/Storing Colostrum: Where would mom buy the syringes? Are they
supposed to be sterile? How long would colostrum "keep" in a home freezer? 

I'm sure I'll have more questions as I start sharing this with mom...
