Why is it that with all the varied backgrounds on this list, none of us, or
one of our equally brilliant spouses, has yet designed computer software for
LCs that is affordable and suits our needs? I know of only one software
program and it did not fit our needs. It seems like everyone has had to
design something themselves to fit their own needs and none of us are happy
with it. Where are all the brilliant software engineers on or related to
this list, and how can we get them to design something we can use and
afford? It should not be complicated or cost $10-40,000 US dollars!!!

Subject: Pump Rental Management Software

Hello! I am searching for computer software that manages pump rentals. We
will be meeting with a couple of software engineers tomorrow who have
estimated that this will be a VERY expensive, a two to three month endeavor
costing $10-40,000.

Hoping that we don't need to re-invent the wheel and can pay less to someone
who can share their systems with us for less money, even if it needs to be
modified.

Anyone can e-mail me off list.

Thank you!
