What is the difference in the AIM tactics in the "developing" world and the US? 
All over the earth breastfeeding is sabotaged by substituting and both in and 
out of US there may not be great water, then all over people fall ill due to lack 
of breastfeeding. Looks the same to me. Medical personel involved, too. Yikes. 
We in the US can't think it's somewhere else, 'doesn't apply to us.' 'They have 
to stop that in that far away place.'  Free formula and bags given by trusted 
nurses is the same. Judy
