As I'm sure you've all been alerted *and as you already know*, there
is a legal method of obtaining pharmaceutical drugs in the US. I'm
not currently receiving mail and have no idea what's been said onlist.

It would be imprudent for an IBCLC to 'prescribe', obtain for or
supply a client with domerpidone or any other medication. Certainly,
as one can tell by frequent discussions on this list, there are ways
to transmit information regarding options for improving supply that
would not constitute 'prescribing'. Hopefully, anyone discussing
domperidone with their client will do so in an appropriate manner.

there's the legal bit. I should have left the last bit off my email
but just to clarify, I am not an IBCLC, anLC and any other
certifications I've held in the past have lapsed.

My current job is homeschooling my 8 1/2 year old and helping
neighborhood moms and family members who seek out my help.

Send no more mail unless you're looking to find the source so that
*your clients* may order it for themselves.

On a happy note, my cousin adopted a newborn baby at the beginning of
november. She was present for the birth....the baby still had to go
to foster care for a couple of weeks, but then said cousin took the
baby home and began to breastfeed with a lact-aid (and domperidone).

About six weeks in and has a 30-45% supply depending on day and baby's appetite.

:)
