This is a great resource for hand expression, which we teach our moms to do 
after pumping in order to express the colostrum that is not expressed with the 
pump the first few days.

We also recently trialed snappies 10 ml vial to collect and store milk in, they 
do not attach to the pump but can be used to collect the colostrum yielded 
used with hand expression.  Our institution prefers we do not use syringes to 
store the colostrum.
