Have you ladies tried to do the scissor treatment for the swollen breasts yet? If not-this is how to do it--don't laugh, but I had to demo it for myself really quickly to try to get it written down correctly! Taking the first two fingers on either hand, place them like scissors around the base of the nipple and gently press in and back to the chest-do this several times, rotating around the nipple.
