I loved to make my kids their own baby food-I too had one of those grinders. IT was fantastic--I froze the food in ice cube trays and then put them in freezer bags-I'd take two "cubes" out and thaw them for the kids to eat. Avocados are great for babies brain development--my youngest loved them and it's not a potential allergen from what I understand.I ground up everything ! Mangoes, sweet potatoes, you name it!
It's nice to know what is in the food that you are feeding your baby-- Have a blessed day, Merideth Buell, CLC, BE, BFPCDept. State Health Services, [log in to unmask]
