Another factor, which I don't remember seeing mentioned, is that we are
dealing with a whole new generation of people/mothers! Good or bad, they
are more comfortable with their computers than calling/seeing us.
I would hazard a guess that most of us (sorry) on Lactnet are (well) over 40
:-( It's a new world out there and the older among us are having problems
dealing with this. Change hurts. We don't want to turn into a bunch of
grannies saying our old way is best :-(
we had a session on this at our last LLL NJ conf called LLL for Generations
X, Y, and Z. Blurb said "Do these mothers need something new or different
from La Leche League?"
Watching 2 granddaughters (VERY internet savy) breastfeeding those new great
