Dear Friends:
    Karyn-Grace describes a challenging  situation.
    This mother is still in the ballgame, and in her  own way, very different 
to what we would like. 
    Would she prefer to pump and bottle-feed? What are  her goals? Can  she 
imagine that breastfeeding could ever be fun? Has she  seen other dyads, or 
attended a nursing mothers' meeting?
