Well, it's already on the radar, as I've just seen a post on a potential
nurse-in.... I imagine it'll be all over the Net within the next 12 hours.
I'd get the mother to seek actual legal advice, and see about actually
filing under the statutes.
There was a UK documentary film-maker, who filmed an entire programme on
naked breasts in New York City, as they have a law that states that a
women can go bare breasted anywhere, at any time. They were harassed on
camera, by a female police officer, and retraining resulted.
How the publicising is handled, depends on what outcome she's after: an
apology, retraining of Government employees, or raising awareness of the
legal protection.
Jennifer Laycock, who does post in here, has a lot of experience on this
sort of stuff, through her blog 'The Lactivist'. If it's not too late
(ie, if the horse hasn't already bolted out of control) might be worth
contacting her. http://thelactivist.blogspot.com/
