Hi-
I just watched a DVD from Medela today on the Symphony pump. Their recommendations are to run the pump for 1-2 minutes after you are done pumping and after you have removed the collection bottles/breast shells in order to prevent the condensation you described. As an aside, I pumped with the original Medela for months after I went back to work with both of my children and the tubing frequently had condensation (as I didn't know then what I know now) and they turned out just fine.
Also-to weigh in on the conversation regarding promoting products, it IS helpful to have a professional discussion on merits or not of certain products that our families are using, as long as certain guidelines are followed and it does not become blatant advertisement.
