Those photos are gorgeous, in good taste, and show breastfeeding as it
should be shown...happily, beautifully smiling moms and kids, and natural.  

I am an American, so that is no excuse for Ted G.  ( OK, I have not actually
lived in the US for over 30 years, and my be out of touch culturally.  That
is a good thing)
