I think if public health and nutrition agencies would simply inform and
promote whole foods, fruits and veggies, and breastfeeding -- then it would
be a much healthier society, so many acute and chronic diseases would be
mitigated.
I like the "5 a Day" promotion, urging everyone to eat 5 servings of
fruits/veggies each day. Also I saw something about the color of foods, lots
of colors on your plate for the good fruits and veggies. I think I saw that
on the Food Network (cable channel in USA).
