Yes, the ABA booklet on Relactation is available from LLL in the US and there 
are some links for online support groups at the end that I would recommend. 
There is also an article that talks about why breastfeeding can be so helpful 
to adoptive mums and children and also includes some practical "how to" at

I'm going to be talking about adoptive breastfeeding at the LCGB conference 
in March for those who are in the UK.
