Pamela, thank you for sharing your case stories and 
your reflections.  I am absolutely amazed, once again,

at the wisdom of women and the potential for the 
breastfeeding relationship to bow and stretch. It's 
because this relationship has the capacity to
accommodate and empower that we work so hard to
safekeep breastfeeding for mothers and children to
explore and release in their own way.

I am so impressed with all the thoughtful responses to
this challenge.
