Louise,
What a wonderful concept! As Diane Weissenger has done with so many
other aspects of how we talk about breastfeeding in order to make it the
NORM, we should perhaps follow this thread through to that logical
conclusion: breastfeeding is the norm, therefore if you are FEEDING it is
ASSUMED that you are of course breastfeeding; if not, perhaps calling it
"bottling" or something, and of course "breastmilk feeding" for moms who
EP....
Esther Friedman, IBCLC, RLC, LLLL, Mom of 2 who has now breastfed a
