This could most definitely be hyperthyroidism. I have seen women with
hyperthyroidism diagnosed during the pregnancy not develop much in the way
of milk-making tissue. Getting diagnosed and treated now may not help her
milk supply mush at this point, but needs to be done for her general health.
I would get a prolactin level as well. If it is very low it would be
helpful information.
