This is the flowchart I am referring to. I received such a huge response from
the list that I don't know that I can fax this to everyone who has requested it.
I am grateful to Anne for getting this info out for everyone who needs it. If
someone is still having trouble finding this info, please e-mail me off list. I
would ask that you try to obtain it first from Dr. Jack Newman as mentioned
above. I didn't realize that I would get such an overwhelming response. I
actually meant to only send this to the poster...Guess it was meant to go to
the list! I'm not trying to be stingy, I just cant realistically respond to so
many folks in a timely manner. Again, if some of you are really struggling after
trying the above info, i am more than happy to help. Please understand.
