"Mom jobs" is plastic surgery post childbirth. Many women erroneously think
breastfeeding
and not just the state of being pregnant changes and thus "ruins" their
breast shape. This
article, telling them they suffered body trauma, won't dissuade them of
those thoughts.

It's interesting that cosmetic dentistry, which is not covered by dental
insurance but
is an out of pocket expense, is so popular now and a main source of
dentists' income.
Elective cosmetic surgery is also becoming prominent for the same
reasons--it sidesteps the
need to get insurance approval. If a woman has the money or credit, she can
opt for it.

Controversial 'mom jobs' continue to rise
NATASHA SINGER; The New York Times

Excerpt:
Dr. David Stoker, a plastic surgeon in Marina del Rey, Calif., has a
surgical cure for the ravages of motherhood. He, like many plastic surgeons
nationwide, calls it a "mommy makeover."
Aimed at mothers, it usually involves a trifecta: a breast lift with or
without breast implants, a tummy tuck and some liposuction. The procedures
are intended to hoist slackened skin as well as reduce stretch marks and
pregnancy fat.
"The severe physical trauma of pregnancy, childbirth and breast-feeding can
have profound negative effects that cause women to lose their hourglass
figures," he said. His practice, Marina Plastic Surgery Associates,
maintains an Internet site, www.amommymakeover.com which describes the
surgeries required to overhaul a post-pregnancy body.

A breast lift procedure with one's own grafted skin. I did not see it
mentioned whether a woman can breastfeed afterwards.
