Dear Friends

A decade of uncertainty has fuelled an agonizing dilemma about the 
least risky way to feed HIV-exposed babies.  Research presented in 
2007 finally points conclusively to the need for renewed protection, 
promotion and support of breastfeeding.  For the World AIDS Day 2007
