It can be a mom who doesn't want to breastfeed anymore, or a mom who does
want to breastfeed, but has a psychological problem that interferes with a
good analysis of what is going on with bf.
Who was it, a while ago, that opted for a frank conversation about these
issues, about issues that make counseling hard, because a mom is not really
willing or able to be frank...?
From your cry for help, Royce, it seems as if you're afraid you're going to
have a difficult time to get through to this mom and keep the conversation
comfortable for both parties.
What is the area you would like help with: bf differential diagnosis or some
kind of mirroring or reflection about what might be going on otherwise...?
