This is an excellent resource:
http://www.naturalfamilyonline.com/articles/312-formula-report-2.htm
UK statistics here, but useful to extrapolate from if all else fails, as
the USA rates of disease are usually slightly higher:

As the UK health system has a cost saving investment on breastfeeding,
there is an increasing availability of sets of statistics showing the
disease rates, and therefore costs/savings to be found between
formula/breastfeeding - so may be worth looking at NHS stuff for your
presentational evidence. I imagine the same might be said of the
Australian and Canadian health care systems... perhaps INFACT Canada may
help on that? http://www.infactcanada.ca/
As a teacher who has specialised in learning and lesson planning, I've
made an offer to help support anyone on LactNet who is doing any
teaching or presentations, on how to construct tailored plans for your
audience and hoped for outcomes. If you (or anyone else) wants such
help - just email me. :-)
(Yes, Ivy Tech, that includes y'all,... but there is only one of me.. ;-))
