How long at a time is she using one side?  Sounds like she has a major 
supply issue.  I'd go for 8 hrs on one side and so on and see if she can't 
tamp supply down considerably.  Has anyone else noticed the Oversupply/GER 
syndrome? Calm down supply and GER goes away?    As many mothers nurse more 
freely I think we are seeing more oversupply issues and it's attendant 
problems.  Pat in SNJ
