Thanks, Nan.  Yes they are in Durban but will be here at beginning of 
December.
Carly and Paul will stay in Toronto for another year.  Her boss is tandem 
nursing and she also works with a LLL Leader.  Jenny (a League mom friend of 
mine from Zim) is also in Toronto and very supportive  - so Carly should 
have loads of support.  She has chosen a midwifery practice and a hospital 
birth with early discharge.   It was back to work today and the *real 
world*.
