In my part of the US, I've never seen anything that looked like
coffee or coffee + milk in a baby bottle, but I've certainly seen
caffeinated and sugary beverages such as Coca-Cola etc. Frightening.
Personally, I've always thought that parenting my energetic kids is
challenging enough without hopping them up on caffeine and sugar too!

Same neck of the woods as above and yes, I watched my friend who nurses all
her kids beyond the toddler stage give her 17 month old child a sippy cup
with instant coffee, milk and over THREE tablespoons of sugar. Ya just
never know!
