Does anyone have the numbers handy for mg's of iron absorbed from:
breastmilk, formula, infant cereal, cream of wheat, oatmeal

I have a mother who is putting a "scoop" of powdered infant formula in her baby's solids daily, as she feels her breastmilk isn't enough. (Her infant is 9 months old). I don't have the numbers handy here at home.

Thank you!
