You don't need to buy a breast. I made an excellent one from an old
dark-coloured nylon pantihose, just stuffed it with wadding/rags, shaped it,
and drew an areola on the tip, and sewed a nipple by doing running stitches
in a circle and drawing the thread together and tying it. Size and colour
are realistic, and squashable etc to demo latch and expressing etc. I also
made an extra one in light fabric and covered it with another pink layer for
skin. I drew the glands and ducts on the underneath layer and areola and
nipple on top, so I can peel it away to show what's underneath for anatomy.
Hope this makes sense.

I use a bunch of grapes to demo more anatomy and we squeeze them and pop the
grape from inside the skin into our mouths to show how the let-down works.

Anyone have a padded breast showing the anatomy that I can use while
teaching my CAPPA certified lactation educator training course. I am on a
tight budget.
