There are several patterns for knitted breasts floating around, including
one sold by ABA or ALCA. Some are knitted from the nipple outward; others
start at the base of the "breast" and end at the nipple. I've even seen some
creative colors used.

On a semi-related note, as I've rediscovered knitting in the past year or
so, I've run into MANY lactation-folks who also knit. Any suggestions for a
"name" for this group of dual-interest individuals? Is there a specific
e-list for this combo?
