Please read the entire statement before you condemn it. It is from the CON  
and the allergy section, not the Section on Breastfeeding, and is a review of  
the existing (muddy) literature.  It is actually quite supportive of early  
exclusive breastfeeding.  Pediatrics Jan 2008; 121(1): 183-191
