Someone in a previous post suggested that babies with blood in the stool
would benefit from probiotics. I used these with my son 16 years ago
when he was on antibiotics and had yeast infections. There is a brand
for babies, it was listed in the post, but I can't remember what it is
called. It is a powder for children under 5 years. Probiotics would add
the good bacteria back into his intestines. Is very benign and simple
and may take care of the problem. Also, sometimes intestinal bleeding is
from gluten issues, like celiac disease.
