Hi All
I thought you would be interested to see how the Australian press greeted
legislation passed this week to protect mothers from discrimination on the
grounds of breastfeeding. (Now, Australian women are already protected by
Federal anti-discrim law but this legislation brings my state into line with
Federal position.)  This is a conservative afternoon tabloid newsheet aimed
at the masses.

the known health benefits to mother and child, I despair that in our
so-called enlightened society we need a law to let them do it."
