I second the recommendation of Cal/Mag, but the quote from the website
says you need only take one pill per day. Calcium shouldn't be taken
in a dose of more than 500mg at one time, so a mom taking the larger
recommended amount is going to need to split it up. I can easily get a
tablet of 500mgCa + 250mgMg plus a little vit D, and that works nicely.
Great for PMS grumpies, too.
