Yes, my mother who is 65 (and a grandmother to 7 now, between my brother and
me) has reported feeling a letdown (and I believe on at least a couple of
occasions, drops of milk) when she has come to spend 2 weeks with me after
the births of my babies. The first time it happened she was shocked, then
thought it was really neat! And BTW, she didn’t nurse me or my brother for
than 4-6 weeks each as she was given false information regarding mastitis
and had NO support.

The human body is amazing isn't it?!
