Where is the toddler's impetigo? On the mouth? If it's not where it will
touch the breast then there is very little issue, other than treating it
appropriately. If it is on the mouth or face where it will touch the breast,
I don't see a reason why mother can't bf him, although I would suggest that
she wash the area well with soap and water and watch for signs that she
might have the infection.
