Does anyone know of a research study that actually proves that it takes two
weeks for the human system to be completely cleared of bovine protein? I've
heard this for years, but am wondering if anyone can point me to the original
citation in which either breastmilk or blood was tested daily/hourly/weekly
when someone who was on bovine protein went off of it.
Or is this one of those things that has sort of "been around" forever -- and
we all keep repeating?
I'd really like to know. Lawrence suggests eliminating cow's milk for at
least a week, but doesn't cite a study to support it. (p. 307).
