well the nurses won. i just talked to my client and she said they told her that because the
baby hadn't peed since yesterday morning (last night) that they were going to have to put
an IV in her head and keep her for a week if she didn't give her the formula. they told her
she had to give 15 ml after every feeding. this is of course AGAINST what the pediatrician
said. Her bili is only 8.6 on the scanner, so its gone down from what they scanned
yesterday and they're still bullying her! She latching and sucking and mom can hear audible
swallowing. The head over the women's department came in and told mom that syringe
feeding was dangerous because she might squirt it into the back of the baby's throat and
choke the baby. so instead she should POUR it in her mouth from the cup.

i feel sick.

i could just scream. i already feel like crying.
