As you may know, I just finished the publication, with Tom Hale, of my new book, Nonprescription Drugs for the Breastfeeding Mother.
I am looking the possibility of a cook book project using recipes (ethnic, family, traditional, etc.) that might include the following galactogogues (or any others that you may be familiar) (I already have some Polish recipes):
•Chaste Tree
•Fennel
•Fenugreek
•Garlic
•Goat's Rue
•Milk Thistle/Blessed Thistle / Other Thistles
Alfalfa
Anise
Borage
Caraway
Coriander/Cilantro
Dandelion
Dill
Hops
Marshmallow (Not Kraft)
Nettle
Oat Straw/Oats
Red Clover
Red Raspberry
Vervain
I would give full credit to all those who submit any entries.
