I wanted to update this group on my case and thank those who responded.
When I returned to work and saw this mom she told me the next day her breast
were full and she was getting between 30-40 ml per breast. This would have
been about day 5 postpartum for her.
We discussed how strange it was that her breast were so soft the day before
and only getting drops with hand expression to such fulness 24 hours later.
I did recommend she pump at least 10 times a day for the next couple of days
to boost her supply. Her 34 week twins went home at one week of age. They
were breastfeeding with an occasional bottle.
What I still wonder is if having PCOS does worsen over the years or not?
